Reward coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or stacked.
Members are entitled to a one-time discount during their birthday month. Birthday discount is redeemable online. Birthday discount is limited to one redemption per profile per year during the birthday month as recorded upon profile registration.
Points you redeemed for vouchers won’t affect your tier, but if your yearly spending on DrGL® online store drops below the tier requirement, your tier will be adjusted.
Yes! Most purchases, including selected sale items, qualify for points. However, some promotions or partner products may be excluded—check the terms for details.
If you return a product, points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you used points for the purchase, the points will be reinstated.
No. Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
After purchasing a product, submit a verified review and earn 50 points once it’s approved.
